Open Question: My oil pressure gauge light is flicking?

toyota truck 1993 22r -i changed the timing chain, water pump, and oil pump 'Now the truck turns on but, it make a strange noise. like a piece of metal tapping quick on another -before i changed the parts the oil pressure didnt turn on and now it does?
