Open Question: In Las Vegas/Henderson, NV is it illegal to drive a car(a 1989 Toyota Corolla) without a back windshield?

I recently had a Henderson Parking Enforcement agent(or at least that's what he told me) tell me that I need a rear windshield in my car. So I did some research and looked through the laws on the DMV website and couldn't find anything... I called the Las Vegas and Henderson police departments and they both said I did not need a rear windshield, but they didn't sound too sure to me, so if anyone happens to know of a specific law or anything regarding whether or not you need a back windshield I would appreciate it......
