Open Question: I've got a Toyota Hiace commuter that keeps shaking.?

Hey there, I've got a Toyota Hiace Commuter 2008 (Converted to Gas) that keeps vibrating whilst I drive. Sometimes, When it shakes too hard, the engine stalls and automatically shuts off. I've tried switching the spark plugs twice, and changing four of the Gas injectors and so far nothing has helped. However, When I drive using petrol, It doesn't experience the same problem.
