Open Question: How much is it to reprogram a key for new Toyota?

Lost my keys for a new Toyota (2011). Since the newer technology requires that the code from the key matches that of the ignition, I am forced to do it at the dealership. However, I called several locales and there is no definite answer. I've received prices ranging from 250-350$.
